DIA DE LOS MUERTOS ART SHOW & FUNDRAISER
Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 11:04PM Saturday is almost here. Don't forget that on October 22, I (David Varela) will be part of a Dia De Los Muertos Art Show in Encinitas, California. As part of the show, I will be hosting a special raffle of donated concert tickets, merch, art supplies & much more with 100% of the proceeds donated to the Martin Luther King Jr. Art Supply Fund in El Centro, California. Below are a couple of participating sponsors that have donated special packages for the raffle. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO ON THE ART SHOW & FUNDRAISER.

Boxing, Muay Thai, Cardio, Speed & Strength condition - this family-owned and operated facility has everything you need to train for your next fight or shed some of those extra pounds. Fighter, trainer and owner Eddie Roa has put together the best and most experienced team of trainers to help you get the best out of your workouts. Eddie has donated a Pacific Training Center starter kit to the raffle - hand wraps, boxing gloves and a 2-week pass....that's not all...he's also throwing in a free 1-hour training session...this might be the push you've been waiting for to start training.

By now you can buy almost anything online - art supplies too - but no other art/graffiti supplies website offers the friendly service and fastest same day shipping as Art Primo does. Art Primo has everything from spray cans, markers & ink to magazines, clothing, sketchbooks & graffiti utility backpacks to put it all in. Every package comes with surprise extras from spray tips to stickers - its a little extra that lets you know Art Primo will go out of its way to may every customer satisfied. On Saturday, you will have a chance to go home with a Art Primo art kit that consists of a blackbook, spray tips, mop marker, stickers & an awesome Art Primo t-shirt.

I've seen Struggle Pro-Skateboarder and Imperial Valley native Ruben Najera put so much hard work and dedication into not only his skateboarding career but turning Struggle Skateboards into a competitive brand. Along with his younger brother Diego and Team have toured the skateboarding circuit, winning competitions and giving back to charities and putting together demos and contests throughout the Imperial Valley. I'm never surprised by how easy-going, nice, and friendly Ruben is in person, he would've given the shirt off his back for the raffle...instead he's donated a skate deck with some pretty bad-ass Struggle Skateboards....so if you're a skater, or know someone who'd appreciate a new deck...don't miss out on Saturday, make sure you're entered into the raffle.
SPECIAL CONCERT TICKETS WILL ALSO BE RAFFLED OFF.
